The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Illinois accepts four types of memberships.

1. Regular Membership. This is any person as a sole proprietor or licensed in the practice of his profession, corporation, partnership or any entity in good standing doing business in the State of Illinois.
   
   
2. Associate Membership. This is any person in the State of Illinois having an interest in the objectives of the organization. An associate member enjoys all the rights and privileges of a regular member, except the right to vote.
   
   
3. Institutional Membership. This is any private corporation doing business in the United States and/or Philippines, or any institution having an interest in the objectives of the organization and expressing voluntary willingness to abide by the prescribed ethics, rules and regulations governing the conduct of good business.
   
   
4. Honorary Membership. Distinction in business or government and public affairs shall confer eligibility to honorary membership. Honorary members shall have all the privileges of members, except the right to vote, and shall be exempt from the payment of dues.
